My Approach to Money
Money’s a big deal. Your money matters.
And, if you’re like me, it can make decision-making go just a little bit wonky.
Let’s walk through how I think about this, together.
We both want you to have more satisfying and fulfilling relationships, to be more connected, and to achieve your goals.
We both want me to show up doing my best work, delighted to be working with you.
We both want my services to continue being available as long as they’re valuable.
This means that the price we agree on has to work for you, it has to work for me, and it has to work for the business.
So…what works?
For You
I don’t know your budget or your brain - and there are two things that I encourage you to consider in deciding how much you can pay.
1) How much do I need to spend on this to take it seriously?
2) At what price will I be spending so much energy fretting about the financial piece that I can’t focus on achieving the results I want?
The best results happen somewhere between those two numbers.
For Me
I get lots of different value from coaching - I love seeing my clients accomplish their goals, I love seeing them grow as we work together. To support this model of coaching, based in building long-term coaching relationships, my pricing is oriented around months rather than individual sessions, which allows us to co-create the structure that works best for the specific circumstance without getting overly wrapped up in how the exact number of times we meet affects either your budget or mine.
If we’re a good fit otherwise, I’d much rather work with you at a price you can afford than part ways because of finances. There are some suggested price points below, and I’m happy to discuss details either via email or a discovery call.
For the Business
My 1:1 coaching needs to average $450/month in order for me to sustain what I’m offering.
What’s that mean, exactly?
I ask that you adjust your payment based on your financial situation.
Your thought process probably falls roughly into one of the following categories:
”I absolutely could afford this - is it worth the money?”
“Can I afford coaching? I’d need to look at my budget.”
“I can’t really afford coaching, but maybe I could scrape enough together?”
“I absolutely can’t afford this - what other options do I have?”
If one of those feels resonant, please see below. Otherwise, please contact me and let me know what your situation is, and we’ll find a fair price.
Keep in mind that financially sustaining my business is also important, and by choosing to take advantage of the lower price points when you could afford more, you’re limiting my ability to offer these services.
P. S. - If I’m not effectively serving my clients, I don’t want their money. If you’re unsatisfied with the value you’ve received, I’ll refund up to 3 months of payments. Just let me know.

I encourage you to pay at least $450/month. Between improving your relationship to your work, increased satisfaction in your relationships with yourself and others, improved ability to meet your goals, and the health benefits of greater life satisfaction and connection, the lasting results are immensely valuable for most of my clients.
On top of that, this price point allows me to offer coaching to people in less comfortable financial positions. This helps to build a world where more people are able to share their authenticity with those around them.
If you have further questions, I encourage you to either email me or book a discovery call.
If you decide now isn’t the right time for coaching and would still like to support my work, please check out my Patreon - I’d be delighted to see you there.
-
I request that those who can afford to pay at least $250/month.
If you have questions - either you’re kind of in between this category and one of the others or you’re not sure what frequency makes sense for your situation, I’d love to talk to you. Please send me a message or book a discovery call, and I’m happy to talk through your situation.

If you’re in a financially precarious situation, I currently have a limited number of coaching slots available at $50/month. I believe that everyone can benefit from support in reaching their goals.
Please be aware that these sessions are subsidized by higher-paying clients, and I’m trusting you not to abuse it. If you’re in a position to use one of the other options, please do so.
Let me know what your budget is and that you need sliding scale pricing when you fill out an application to work with me.
-
If you’re convinced you’d benefit from coaching with me specifically and also don’t have the ability to pay $50/month right now, please send me a message.
I’ll want to know a little about your financial situation, the topics you want coaching on, and why you’re interested in working with me, specifically.
If I agree that we’re an excellent fit, we’ll work out a payment structure that works for us both. If not, I’ll do what I can to help you find other options.
