1:1 Coaching

Your goals are as unique as you are. 1:1 coaching allows us to tailor our working relationship to what works for the two of us, and it allows me to tailor my approach to your individual situation. I can dedicate my full attention to you and your aspirations during our time together. I’d love to find out what you’ll achieve while we’re working together!

  • All of my sessions are conducted online, usually through Google Meet. If Google Meet doesn’t work for you, I’m happy to talk about what would.

    This allows each of us to arrive to our work together from an environment that we find comfortable and conducive to focus.

  • I offer 60 minute sessions by default.

    Some people find that 30, 45, or 50 minutes works better for their schedule or attention span, which I’m happy to accommodate - just ask!

  • Our first session will be 90 minutes, where we’ll talk about how coaching works and how we can best work together, dig into your goals and develop a shared understanding of what to accomplish, and end with some concrete steps you can take before we meet again.

    After that, our sessions will be focused on cultivating your awareness and establishing forward motion toward your goals. Each one will begin with asking you what it seems most worth focusing on for the day, and end with actions you can take based on the awareness gained during our meeting.

  • I invite you to join me in thinking differently about pricing. It’s important to me to have a pricing structure that’s accessible to a variety of financial situations and also sustains my business.

    If you’d rather just have a number, my standard monthly price is $450/month.
